Form: Evergreen shrub, reaching 4 to 10 ft in height

Leaves: Pinnately compound, alternate, heavily pubescent, light green to grayish with orangish petioles

Flower: Yellow, born in long spikes

Fruit: Legume, with seeds noticeably divided and bead-like

Comments: This is a low, spreading shrub, so should not be planted behind other plants that would hide its airy texture from view.
